Old Oaks (Albert’s) Barrel Pick! Wow!

Nose: Heavy brown sugar. Toasted marshmallow. Good amount of oak spice underneath. Stone fruit specifically apricot. Palate: Great mouhtfeel, full palate. Rich cherry syrup and the toasted marshmallow gives way to dry oak. Finish: Medium long dry finish settles nice and evenly on the tongue.

Nose is great, sweet and smells like old forester. Taste is also great. Spice, brown sugar, wood. Medium to long finish. Proof drives this but doesn’t overshadow other flavors

128.8 CO pick. Nose is cherry caramel. Taste is sweet fruity cherry with a oaky cherry baking spice finish. I’m a big Stagg jr cherry fan so really like this. Can’t find Stagg jr anymore so trying to find alternates.

Nose - dried cherries or red fruits. Carmel. Banana. Palate - strong. Very oily. Rob got apples I got more rich banana vanilla Carmel. Classic notes very deep Finish. Long……. Hangs on the tongue. 128.3 proof. Love it.
